I'll dominate 'credible boxer' Paul - Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-bout contest which will be shown in real-time on Netflix.

British boxer Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" the American and "overpower" the American as the combatants met personally to build hype for the upcoming boxing match.

Former twice world title holder Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive mismatch - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.

Boxer's Mentality

"I'm going to break his face and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," the British boxer, 35, stated.

"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.

"I'm going to really want to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."

Respectful Exchange

Despite those words, a calm Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - normally famous for his theatrics - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.

Paul instead criticized former Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "not serious" after Ngannou rejected a fight offer.

Taking Aim at Tyson Fury

Anthony Joshua, at the same time, targeted British rival Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul victory.

"Jake Paul is superior to Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer commented.

"I give him credit for that."

Serious Fighter

In spite of saying he intends to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his opponent's fighting skills.

"Jake is a serious fighter," he remarked.

Jake Paul's History

Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has primarily boxed MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.

He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.

Financial Success

Still, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of the sport's biggest money-making draws, consistently making substantial financial rewards.

Forecast and Belief

The 28 year old forecast a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would derail the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly in the works for two years from now.

"The next fight will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.

Physical Disparity

As the two fighters participated in the usual stare-down, with their height and weight contrast clearly visible, it emphasized just how improbable this complete situation is - and how remarkable it is that the bout is really going ahead.
